The grievance of the petitioner in this PIL appears to be against the structure i.e. stall erected on footpath situated at Narsi Natha Marg, next to 387, MCGM Solid Waste Management Department, B-1 Chowki, BWard, Mumbai 400 009. 2.
Learned counsel for Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai ("MCGM") invites the attention of this Court to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the MCGM and submits that action for demolition of the illegal stall in question has already been taken and the photographs have already been annexed to the affidavit-in-reply.
