Liberty to the Applicant to file an affidavit to bring on record the invocation notice since he submits that inadvertently, an erroneous letter of the same date as the invocation notice has been annexed to the Application. He tendered across the bar a copy of the invocation notice of the same date that was meant to be Exhibit "D" to the Application. 2.

In these circumstances, liberty to bring on record the invocation notice by filing an affidavit and serving the same on advocates for the Respondent no later than June 30, 2025.
