This is an Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the ApplicantCompany is currently under liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Advocates for the Applicant are directed to send a copy of this order to the Liquidation Professional appointed under the IBC, seeking instructions on whether there is any interest at all in pursuing the matter.
