Ms. Heena, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in paragraph 2, line 11, paragraph 3, line 2 and in the last sentence of paragraph No.3 of the said order, the word "Petition" be replaced with the word "Application". She submits that prayer clause (a) reproduced in paragraph No.3 of the said order be replaced with prayer clause (a) of the Application i.e. "That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appoint a fit and proper person as a Sole Shubham 1/2
