This is an arbitration application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the purpose of appointment of an Arbitrator.

The learned counsel for the applicant draws my attention to an order dated 25 June 2024, wherein it was recorded that despite several opportunities, the respondents are not desirous of opposing the present application. The Court was pleased to adjourn the proceedings by way of indulgence to the respondents to 9 July 2024. 3.

Today when the matter was called out, none appears for the respondents.

In the interest of justice, the proceedings are adjourned to 7 January 2025.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the Gitalaxmi
