The learned counsel for the applicant, at the very outset, invites my attention to an order dated 20 June 2024, by which respondent nos. 2 to 4 sought time to file reply. Accordingly, time was granted until 4 July 2024 to file reply to the said application. However, despite several time having been gone, no reply has been placed on record till date. 2.

It is also pointed out that the Court notice is issued to respondent no. 1. The report is awaited. The applicant is permitted to serve the unserved respondents by all permissible means of communication on or before the adjourned date of hearing including private service and file an affidavit of service on the next date of hearing. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents informs that he would positively file affidavit in reply to this application on or before the next date of hearing.

As a matter of indulgence and last chance, the respondents are Gitalaxmi
