Let affidavit-in-reply be served in advance to the learned advocate for the applicants as well as to the respondent nos.2 to 4. 2.

By way of indulgence, such permission to file reply is granted, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Law Library. The same be deposited on or before the adjourned date of hearing. Applicant is at liberty to file rejoinder, if so necessary/required. 3.
