The record indicates that this application has been listed on number of occasions in the past the adjournments are sought on behalf of the Respondents, mainly on the ground that their counsel, who is briefed in the matter is not available. Even today, the learned Advocate for the Respondents, who appears through video conferencing, would submit that their counsel is not available and as a matter of last chance, the proceedings be adjourned to 7 February 2025. 2.

Mr. Maheshwari, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant would strongly object to such submission, as repeated adjournments on the ground of non-availability of the counsel sought by the Respondents. He, however, submits that as a matter of last chance, proceedings may be adjourned.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice, by way of Rajesh V. Chittewan, P.A.
