Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms executed today, settling all the disputes and differences. Consequently, nothing survives in the captioned Application. A copy of the Consent Terms is marked X and taken on record. Both Learned Counsel submit that nothing contained in the Consent Terms is contrary to law. Based on such assurance, the undertakings contained in the Consent Terms shall be treated as undertakings given to the Court.

This Application is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms taken on record.
