Every attempt to serve notice upon the Respondent has failed and from the Affidavit of Service placed on record and in particular Affidavit affirmed in July, 2024 it is evident that the attempt to serve notice by private service was also hoodwink, as Mr.Reddy on behalf of the Respondent failed to accept the notice.

The only option now left is effect the service by substituted mode by publishing the notice in two widely circulated newspapers at the place where the Respondent is carrying on its business and since this place is indicated to be Vishakhapattanam in Andhra Pradesh, liberty is granted to the Applicant to effect service by substituted mode of service.
