This Court by order dated 6th February, 2025, disposed of Commercial Appeal No. 45 of 2024 with a request to the learned Judge of the City Civil Court to decide the application for interim relief by a speaking order within a period of ten weeks. The period of ten weeks is expiring on 17th April, 2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the time for deciding the application for interim relief be extended by a further period of eight weeks from 17th April, 2025. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 6th February, 2025 is modified and the time for deciding the application for interim relief is extended by a further period of eight weeks from 17th April, 2025.
