In this appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1996"), the appellant has assailed the validity of the order dated 6th October, 2023 by which application preferred by the respondent under Section 9 of the Act of 1996 has been allowed.
