In this appeal preferred under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the appellant has assailed the validity of the order dated 6th October 2023, by which the objection preferred by the respondent under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been rejected in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (e), (h) and (j). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that it has already filed a petition under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of Arbitral Tribunal.
