In this Appeal filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the Appellants have assailed the validity of the order dated 16/10/2023, by which Application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has been partly allowed and stay has been granted in respect of communication dated 13/07/2023, by which the Appellant was black listed for a period of two years. 2.
