Learned Counsel for Defendant No.1 submits that as a last chance he may be given liberty to serve the Resolution Professional for the Plaintiff, who is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Liberty to do so, making it clear to Resolution Professional that if none appears for the Plaintiff, the Suit would be liable for dismissal for want of prosecution.
