Learned Advocates for the parties jointly submit that all the captioned four Suits stand fully and finally settled in terms of Consent Terms dated March 6, 2026. The parties also submit that all the

payment obligations required to be undertaken in terms of the settlement arrived at have been completed. A copy of the Consent Terms is marked "X" for identification, and taken on record. 3.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in the Consent Terms that is contrary to law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to Court.

In these circumstances, all the captioned four Suits are finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated March 6, 2026. All attendant Interim Applications also stand disposed of. Refund of Court fees in accordance with rules. Decree in accordance with the Consent Terms, of which the certified copy is expedited. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
