Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Defendant No. 8 has raised a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the Suit. He submitted that this is a Commercial Suit and there was no mandatory mediation under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act. He further submitted that even the prayers that were sought in the the Interim Application were incapable of being granted. He thus sought time to file Affidavit in Reply.

Affidavit in Reply is to be filed and served on or before 6th September 2024. Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and served on or before 13th September 2024.
