The learned counsel for the parties also tender the Settlement Agreement dated 4th November 2024 which is referred to in the Consent Terms and request that the same be also taken on record. 3.

Consent Terms dated 18th December 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Settlement Agreement dated 4th November 2024 arrived at is also taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 5.

The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 18th December 2024 (marked 'X' for identification'). 6.

As far as the Defendant Nos.12 and 13 are concerned, they are not parties to the Consent Terms and, therefore, the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the Suit against Defendant Nos.12 and 13. Leave is so granted. Suit against Defendant Nos.12 and 13 is disposed of as withdrawn. 7.

In the light of the disposal of the Suit, all Interim Applications in the Suit will not survive and are disposed of.
