By Praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has sought directions with regard to the Certificate No. 71 of 2025 in the above Suit, which certifies the Plaintiff is SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT entitled to receive Rs. 1,50,000/- and which has been issued by this Court's Registry on 9th May 2025 being one half of the Court fees Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2025.07.25 18:15:54 +0530 paid for institution of the captioned Suit. The copy of the Certificate is annexed at Annexure B to the Praecipe.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff states that the Plaintiff does not have a bank account in India to enable refund of the said Court fees to the Plaintiff. 4.

Accordingly, direction is sought to allow refund of Court fees to the Defendant No. 14's bank account in India. The details of Defendant No. 14 i.e. the fact of Defendant No. 14 being a subsidiary of the Plaintiff has been annexed at Annexure A to the Praecipe. 5.

Accordingly, the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court shall refund the Court fees of Rs. 1,50,000/- being one half of the Court fees paid for institution of the captioned Suit to the Defendant No. 14's bank account in India and which details shall be provided by the Plaintiff to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court.

Praecipe is accordingly, disposed of.
