The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner is perfectly justified in submitting that arrangement for some rent amount, though not to the effect of clearing the entire arrears, must come from the respondent.

Let the respondent take necessary instructions as the affidavit has now given the timelines for completion of the project, but since the members of the Society largely being senior citizens, it must be ensured that some rent is paid to them.
