Mr. Shah, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that there is only one issue pending in respect of one of the members in whose favour the Demand Draft has not been issued and for which purpose the parties are meeting on 13 th October 2024. It is thus they request by consent that the matter be stood over to 15 th October 2024.

The meeting, I am informed, which is to be held on 13 th October 2024 is for parties to arrive at full and final settlement. 5.
