Learned Counsel for the Respondent has handed over the Demand Draft pertaining to arrears between December 2024 and February 2025. Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that past arrears (prior to December 2024) remain unpaid but the parties are engaged in discussions to resolve their disputes and move forward. Let the aforesaid shortcomings be rectified no later than March 17, 2025.

List under the caption "For Reporting Compliance" on March 18, 2025 on which date the Counsel shall apprise the Court about the status of their discussions on the way forward. The status of the Application that was to be made by the Respondent in respect of the Occupation Certificate shall also be intimated on the next date by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
