There are two matters, one is Application under Section 11 and one is Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. It was thus put to Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents to take instructions as to whether his clients are willing to submit the disputes and differences to the arbitration, upon which he seeks some time to take necessary instructions from his clients.
