The learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent are ad idem that the proceedings thereafter continued before the Arbitrator and they completed, except for the declaration of the Award.

By consent, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is therefore sought to be extended upto 31/7/2024. Tilak
