Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by an Order dated March 11, 2025, the Arbitrator came to be substituted and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been reset. Therefore, he submits, this application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 is infructuous.

In these circumstances, this Petition is finally disposed of as infructuous.
