The notice of the Praecipe has been given to Learned Counsel for the Respondent who is present today. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the statement made on 19 th December 2023 has not imputed to find mention in the order. Hence, in paragraph 3 of the order, after the words '19 th December 2023', following sentence is added. "continue to operate till disposal of the Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitral Tribunal." 4.
