When the matter was called, Mr. Kamble, learned counsel on behalf of the Respondents submitted that he has received instructions from Respondent No.3 that Respondent No.3 was desirous of engaging a new Advocate and thus, submitted that if the Court deem it fit, the matter could be stood over to next week.
