Learned Counsel pointed out that in paragraph 5(a), the name of the Arbitrator appointed by the Court had been incorrectly recorded. 3.

Hence, the name Mr. Karl Tamboly appearing in paragraph 5(a) of the said order be substituted with the name Ms. Vidya Nair. Shubham 1/2

She further points out that inadvertent reference has been made in said paragraph 5(c) to the Stock and Sale Agreement dated 18th February 2022, whereas, the same should be Employment Contract dated 7 th December, 2021.
