Pursuant to Order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, which is received by this office on 05.03.2025 at evening, present Petition is placed on board for appointment of Valuer.

Ld. Advocate for the respondent informed that they wanted appointment of M/s. Shetgiri and Associates as a Valuer, to which ld. Advocate for the petitioner has no objection.

In view thereof, empanelled Valuer viz. M/s.

Shetgiri and Associates, having office at Safalya, S. K. Bole Road, Dadar, Mumbai - 400 028 is hereby appointed as a Valuer to value properties mentioned in Order dated 28.02.2025 with direction to submit report directly to the Hon'ble Court on or before 10.03.2025.

As per aforesaid Order of the Hon'ble Court, Advocate for the respondent is directed to provide necessary assistance to the Valuer for inspection of flats. Valuer's charges to be borne by the respondent.

Office to intimate this Order to the Valuer - M/s. Shetgiri and Associates alongwith Order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in present Petition.

Humdast in the name of M/s. Shetgiri and Associates is granted to the respondent.
