It is noted that the authorized signatories of the Petitioner and Respondent, namely, Mr.Bipin Awalia and Mr.Jitendra Agarwal are present in Court.

The Consent Terms signed by the parties are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. All undertakings furnished in the Consent Terms are accepted by this Court.
