The present Arbitration Petition seeks enforcement of a Foreign Award dated dated 25th March 2023. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner has placed reliance upon an Affidavit of Service to prove service upon the Respondent of the filing of the present Application.

He has further invited my attention to the Arbitral Award and pointed out that the same proceeded ex parte since despite notice, the Respondents have not appeared and contested the Arbitration Proceedings. He submits that there is no challenge by the Respondents to the Award. He thus submits that the Petition be listed for hearing.

Let the Petitioner once give notice to the Respondents of the next date of hearing.

It is made clear that if the Respondents do not appear on the next date, the Court shall proceed to take up the said Petition for hearing and final disposal.
