On the previous occasion this Court passed the following order: "1. None appears for the Petitioner.

2. The Court had also on 25th March, 2025 noted as follows; "1. This is a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 1996 ("the Act").

2. In this Petition, ad-interim relief has already been granted by way of an order dated December 11. 2023. None has entered appearance for the Respondent. In these circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks further interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (g) and (h). A case has been made out for grant of such prayer. The same is hereby granted.

3. It is noteworthy that till date no application under Section 11 of the Act take has been filed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will take instructions on the same and apprise the Court next week. In these circumstances, stand over to April 4, 2025 under the caption, "Directions" on the Production Board.

4. All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall Meera Jadhav
