This is a Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

An affidavit in reply pursuant to an order dated December 11, 2023 is said to have not been received by the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Respondent hands over the same today. Learned Counsel for the Respondent also submits that the Respondents would be willing to proceed to arbitration forthwith. To enable the Counsel to take instructions from the respective parties, stand over to Production Board on April 3, 2025 under the caption "Directions". List along with Arbitration Application (L) No. 38473 of 2024. 3.
