Having heard the Learned Counsel for the parties, it is apparent that the order under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 that is impugned in this Petition was passed some time in August 2023.

The Learned Counsel for the parties are at the loggerheads about the severity of the issues involved and the time that would be necessary to argue the matter. Further, having heard to get an overview of the matter, in my opinion, JANUARY 22, 2025 Meera Jadhav

54-CARBP-377-24 .doc it would be most appropriate to deal with the matter finally once and for all, so that the parties know where they stand. 4.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner commits that he shall complete his submissions within a time-frame of 45 minutes. Likewise, Learned Counsel for the Respondent commits that he shall take not more than 30 minutes in the aggregate.

With the aforesaid commitments, stand over to March 4, 2025 under the caption "Final Hearing and Disposal - Section 37".

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
