The captioned Interim Application (L) N0.13307 of 2025 has already been disposed of vide an Order dated May 6, 2025. 2.
The Commercial Arbitration Petition is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on April 1, 2024.

5.CARBP.404.2025.doc Since only passing of the award remains and judgment had been reserved close to year ago, the Arbitral Tribunal is requested to expedite passing of the final award.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of three months i.e. until September 30, 2025.
