The second Petition, namely, Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 792 of 2024 will now be heard. Learned Senior Counsel representing the Petitioner in the second Petition submits that he would not need more than 20 to 25 minutes. As per the aforesaid time commitments, list on March 13, 2025.
