In these petitions, at the outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 co-operative bank submitted that these petitions cannot be entertained as they have been filed beyond the extended period of 120 days available under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

A perusal of the contents of the petitions does not show any specific statement as to when the petitions were e-filed so as to demonstrate that they were filed within the period of limitation or at least the extended period of 120 days.

This is seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submits that the documents pertaining to e-filing of the petitions would demonstrate that these petitions were in fact filed within 1/2

Since the specific averments and documents are not on record, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall place appropriate averments and documents on record by way of an additional affidavit within a week from today, with an advance copy being served on the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
