These Petitions have been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking certain reliefs pending invocation of arbitration.

Today, when the matter is called out, Ms. Bhansali, Learned Counsel on behalf of Petitioner submits that Petition No.18686 of 2024 has been filed under Section 11 of the Act and it has been listed on January 23, 2025.

The other Section 11 Applications, namely, Commercial Arbitration Application No. 239 of 2024, Commercial Arbitration Application No. 261 of 2024, Commercial Arbitration Application (L.) No. 27636 of 2023, Commercial Arbitration Application (L.) No. 27582 of 2023 and Commercial Arbitration Application (L.) No. 2803 of 2023 shall also be listed on the same date. All these shall be collectively considered on January 23, 2025.

Let these Petitions be listed alongwith the aforesaid Section 11 Applications on January 23, 2025.
