Learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly states that an Arbitral Tribunal has been appointed and is seized of adjudicating the underlying proceedings. He submits that interim protections had been granted in the Section 9 Petition.

Considering that the arbitration proceedings have now commenced, the Petition can be disposed of by continuing the interim protections granted thereunder, for further consideration by the Arbitral Tribunal. It is entirely up June 11, 2026 Chaitanya

The captioned Section 9 Petition is finally disposed of. 4.

The parties shall intimate the Learned Arbitral Tribunal about the conversion of these proceedings into proceedings under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appropriate consideration by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal.
