This matter has been heard. Mr.Ram Jay Narayan, learned Counsel has taken this Court through the claims of the two Plaintiffs who are seafarers/crew members who were employed and served on the board the Defendant-Vessel.

However, with respect to the issue of limitation i.e. whether the claim has been filed within the period of limitation as provided under law or not this Court deems it appropriate to take the assistance of Amicus Curiae.

Mr.Prathamesh Kamat, learned Counsel who is in Court for another matter is requested to act as Amicus Curiae in the matter and assist the Court and the learned Counsel has readily agreed to do so. 4.
