The learned counsel appearing for the defendants submits that upon the ad-interim order passed by this Court being executed through the Court Receiver, the defendants decided to withdraw their application MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2025.04.24 17:11:05 +0530 for registration of the impugned trademark and that an affidavit has been sworn on their behalf to indicate that they would not be using the impugned mark in future and that they have stopped using the said mark. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the defendants, the aforesaid affidavit and the documents annexed thereto would satisfy the grievance 1/2

The affidavit on behalf of the defendant No.1 along with documents annexed thereto, tendered for perusal of this Court, shall be e-filed within a week from today.
