This Court is informed that the dispute has been settled between the parties.

The Consent Terms are tendered, which are taken on record and Sairaj 1 of

6 COMIP-167-2025.doc marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms have been executed by the constituted attorney of the Plaintiff, proprietor of the Defendant No. 1 and the partner of Defendant No. 2. The Power of Attorney and the resolution of the partnership firm are annexed to the Consent Terms. The proprietor of the Defendant No. 1 and partner of Defendant No. 2 are present virtually. They reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms and submit to a decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (d) of the Plaint. Their identity is verified by their counsels and by their aadhar cards, which is placed on record. 4.

The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms. 6.

Refund of Court-fees as per Rules.

Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of.

Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within period of eight days upon demand being raised by Court Receiver.
