The consent terms are signed by the Authorized Representative of the Plaintiff and the Defendant. The copy of resolution is annexed to the consent terms and Aadhar Card of the Defendant is also annexed. The consent terms are executed by the parties and signed by their respective advocates. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 3.

The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. The decree be drawn up accordingly. Refund of court fees as per rules. 4.

The Court Receiver's Report No.305 of 2023 stands disposed off. The charges, costs and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of seven days from the date of demand made by the Court Receiver. The Court Receiver is discharged without passing off the accounts.
