Mr. Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Plaintiff has today tendered Consent Terms by which he submits that the caption Commercial IP Suit has been settled between the parties. The due execution of the Consent Terms is supported by a report of the Affirming Officer of this Court which inter alia records as follows "The consent term are duly signed by the Authorized signatory of the plaintiff and defendant no. 2 as above. Having due regard to the fact that the Consent Terms have been duly executed, the same are marked "X" for identification and taken on record. The suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 4.

Refund of Court fee if any, to be as per rules. All interlocutory Applications shall stand accordingly disposed of. 1.
