This Court had on 10 th December, 2025 passed the following order: "1 At the request of Mr. Deshmukh to take instructions as to whether the amended claim no.1 and all other arguments presented during the hearing granted under Section 14 were considered or not, stand over to 17th December 2025.

2 Mr. Deshmukh submits that in the event, if the same have not been duly considered, the matter could be remanded back for fresh consideration." 2.

Mr. Deshmukh today has very fairly submitted that the matter can be remanded back for fresh consideration, in light of this fair stand, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Controller for fresh adjudication.
