At the outset, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the the Appellant stated that in the copy of the above Interim Application which is e-filed, pages 16 to 41 (both inclusive) has been inadvertently missed out.

She, therefore, sought permission of the Court to insert pages 16 to 41 in the copy e-filed on the record of this Court. The said permission is granted. 2.

The above Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment to the above Appeal as more particularly set out in the Schedule of amendment at page 10 of the Interim Application. The Applicant/Appellant has also tendered an affidavit of service dated 30th October 2025 evidencing service of a copy of the above Interim Application as well as the Appeal with all the exhibits on both the Respondents. Though Respondent No. 2 is represented by an Advocate, none appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 1. 3.

Be that as it may, considering the amendment sought, we do not find any impediment in allowing the Applicant/Appellant to amend the above Appeal. Accordingly, it is ordered that the Applicant/Appellant is permitted to amend the above Interim Application as per the Schedule of amendment annexed to the Interim Application.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Appeal shall be served on both the Respondents immediately thereafter.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax [ AMIT S. JAMSANDEKAR, J.] [B. P. COLABAWALLA, J.]
