Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the Registry is directed to issue bailable warrants against the Respondents in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, returnable on 17th October 2024.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police station for the execution of the bailable warrants. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police station to have the said bailable warrants executed and ensure the presence of the Respondents on the next date.

Let the Respondents remain present in the Court on the next date.
