Mr. Dubhash, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs has no objection, however, submitting that the alleged perjury is with regard to some other proceedings and not the present Suit and this Court may clarify this.

Having heard the learned Counsel, the Interim Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed as such. 6.

The Applicant is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings as the Applicant may be advised.
