In view of Order dated 24.04.2025, Interim Application No. 90 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn. Office to update CIS accordingly. It appears that Defendant No. 1, Ajay Jhuria has filed IPA(L) No. 241 of 2025 for appearing in person, however, the Committee has expressed its opinion that Defendant No. 1 is not in a position to assist the Court. Therafter, Advocate R.R. Yadav appeared for Defendant No. 1.
