After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied with the explanation given for the delay in the Interim Application. The delay, is therefore, condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Appellants shall remove all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

We place the above Appeal on Board on 13th March 2026 for directions.
